Do you ship to my country?
At this time, we are able to ship physical books to:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- European Union
If you live outside of these regions, you can still receive electronic files. 100% of our products have an electronic format. (Books can be purchased as an ebook/pdf, Kindle, or in some cases, as audio books/mp3).

Where is the email confirmation for my order?
Emails are sent automatically upon order completion. Sometimes, however, these emails can take up to an hour to be received.

Do you have a Money Back guarantee?
Of course – We want you to be happy!
That’s why everything we sell has a money back guarantee. Due to abuse of lenient past policies, we have had to put a few reasonable restrictions on returns.
1) Products (physical or electronic) may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
2) Physical products must be returned in good, resalable condition. Buyer pays for return shipping.
3) Once the downloadable content of a product has been downloaded, the merchandise is not returnable.
4) Online classes are refundable until the last day of class.
5) Memberships are not refundable. Your only recourse is to set your membership to not renew.

I ordered physical products – have they shipped?
We place orders via a drop-ship company. This helps us keep our prices low and the book ships directly to you as soon as it’s done printing.
In most cases, books are shipped within 5 days or less of the order. Please then allow 5-7 days for delivery, depending on location. While you won’t get an email when they ship, you can reach out to us at [email protected] for updates.
Where are my old orders?
When we moved over to this new store and platform, we were unable to move old orders from SMBBooks.com with us.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
We did send out several emails to notify our customers well ahead of the move, however we understand not everyone may have acted in time.
If you need access to your downloads from previous orders at SMB Books, please reach out to us with your order details. A receipt would be best, but at minimum, please include the billing information first/last name.
How do I get my downloads?

You can also find this form in the top bar (above the main menu) for the website.
Once submitted, your form gets processed by an actual human. This human (we call her Crystal), will send your downloads to you via zip file from ShareFile (a Citrix company).
I submitted the form but haven’t received my downloads. Now what?
Check your spam/junk mail! Depending on how intense your spam filters are, it could easily end up there.
Otherwise, we’re generally pretty quick about getting downloads to you. Sometimes, it takes a few days, particularly if you submitted your form on a Friday afternoon. 😉

I bought this book used or checked it out from the library – can I get the downloads?
We have to assume that the first owner of a product registered it and downloaded the bonus material. Therefore, we do not supply downloads to people who bought this product used or rented it from a library. Thank you for understanding.
